For advertisements, which contain the name or picture of persons, the advertiser or its agent has obtained the authority of such person to use the name or picture. The advertiser or its agent agrees not submit or otherwise publish through this web site any information or material which breaches any contract or infringes any copyright, trademark, logos or any other personal or intellectual property or other right of any entity or person; is in breach of or violates any law in any country, or advocates any illegal activity. Indonesiaboard.com shall be under no obligation to execute any order, if advertiser or its agent is in default under this agreement. The advertiser or its agent agrees to pay in addition to the price the amount of any duty, tax or other charge, unless agreed otherwise.
Indonesiaboard.com reserves the right to make changes to this agreement at any time. Indonesiaboard.com also reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service, temporarily or permanently, without notice to you. You agree that Indonesiaboard.com shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or interruption, suspension or termination of the Service.
Nothing under these Terms and Conditions limits Indonesiaboard.com's liability for any fraudulent statement or for personal injury or death caused by Indonesiaboard.com's negligence. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of the Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
This Agreement is subject to English law and any dispute resulting from this agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The content provider or its agent shall indemnify Indonesiaboard.com against any loss, liability, damage and expense of any nature (including legal fees) arising out of the content provider's or its agent's breach of this Clause.
